CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give us 48 hours notice for all service cancellations, service changes and reschedules. We send out a courtesy text reminder three days prior to your appointment. A 50% fee of the total service cost will automatically be charged to your card on file.

We do require your credit card information to keep on file before we can book your service appointment.

No-shows are NOT tolerated. You will be charge the full cost of the scheduled service. (We understand emergencies do happen but please be mindful of our time)

Please be on time. Being 15min late or more will need to be rescheduled and will be charged the 50% fee.

We do not issue refunds for our work, but we do offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the original service.
